4. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on ZimAd Connect without authorization, you may submit a copyright complaint including:

• The URL or listing where the infringing content appears.
• Evidence that you own the copyright.

5. Investigation

Upon receiving a valid complaint, ZimAd Connect may:

• Contact the seller for additional information.
• Take further action if copyright infringement is confirmed.

6. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly violate copyright or intellectual property rights may have their listings removed, accounts suspended, or accounts permanently terminated.

7. False Reports

Submitting false or misleading copyright complaints may result in the rejection of the complaint and, where appropriate, further action.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZimAd Connect acts as an online marketplace where independent sellers publish listings. We do not claim ownership of user-generated content and are not responsible for copyright violations committed by users. We will respond appropriately to valid infringement notices.
