ZimAd Connect is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers, businesses and service providers. Buyers should use good judgment, verify information and take reasonable precautions before making a purchase or arranging a transaction.

Before Buying

  • Read the complete listing carefully and make sure you understand the product or service being offered.
  • Check the seller’s information, location, contact details and other available details.
  • Ask questions about the item’s condition, price, availability, delivery and any additional charges.
  • Request additional photos or information when necessary.
  • For high-value items, verify ownership, authenticity and relevant documents before making payment.
  • Be cautious of offers that appear unusually cheap or promise unrealistic returns.

Safe Transactions

  • Whenever possible, meet sellers in a safe, public location when inspecting physical goods.
  • Inspect products carefully before making payment where practical.
  • Avoid sending money to a seller before you are satisfied that the seller and listing are genuine.
  • Never share passwords, PINs, OTPs or sensitive banking information with a seller.
  • Keep records of important conversations, payment confirmations and transaction details.
  • For property, vehicles, jobs and other high-value transactions, carry out appropriate checks and verification before committing.

Prohibited or Suspicious Listings

Do not purchase or participate in transactions involving illegal drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, prohibited weapons, fraudulent documents, scams, pyramid schemes or other unlawful activities.

If a listing appears fraudulent, misleading, illegal or suspicious, report it to ZimAd Connect and avoid sending money or personal information to the seller.

Buyer Responsibility

ZimAd Connect provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect but does not act as a party to transactions between them. Buyers are responsible for evaluating sellers, verifying products or services and making informed purchasing decisions.

ZimAd Connect does not guarantee the quality, authenticity, legality, availability or performance of products and services advertised by third parties.
