Seller Guidelines
Sellers on ZimAd Connect are expected to provide accurate, clear and up-to-date information in every listing. Use genuine photos, accurate prices and complete descriptions, and make sure your contact details are correct. Only advertise legal products and services that you are authorized to sell or provide.
Prohibited Listings
The following items and activities are not permitted on ZimAd Connect:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics or controlled substances
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives and other prohibited weapons
- Stolen goods or property
- Counterfeit, fake or illegally reproduced products
- Fraudulent documents, IDs, certificates or financial instruments
- Adult sexual services, prostitution or explicit sexual content
- Child sexual content or any exploitation of minors
- Products or services that promote terrorism, violent extremism or criminal activity
- Dangerous chemicals, poisons or other unlawful hazardous materials
- Gambling or illegal betting services
- Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes or fraudulent investment opportunities
- Listings that intentionally misrepresent products, prices, ownership or availability
- Duplicate, spam or misleading listings
- Any product or service prohibited by Zimbabwean law
Sellers must also avoid offensive, discriminatory, abusive or deceptive content. ZimAd Connect reserves the right to review, reject, edit, suspend or remove any listing or account that violates these guidelines or applicable law.
Seller Responsibilities
Treat buyers professionally and provide honest information about your products or services. Clearly state the price, condition, availability, location, delivery arrangements and any additional charges. Respond to enquiries promptly and communicate any changes honestly.
By posting an advert on ZimAd Connect, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, that you have the legal right to sell or advertise the item or service, and that you accept responsibility for your listing and transactions with buyers.
